List of Current Subprocessors and Notification of New Subprocessors. A list of current Subprocessors for the Service is available at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/privacy/subprocessors, the URL may be updated from time to time and Customer agrees to Conga’s use of the listed Subprocessors as of the execution of this DPA. Conga shall provide notification and opportunity to object to any new Subprocessors in accordance with Section 7.4.3 before authorizing any new Subprocessor to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services. Notification to Customer will be provided to the e-mail address(s) provided in the Order Form for the Service or otherwise to Conga in the purchasing of the Services. Additionally, Customer may sign up for notification at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/privacy/subprocessors. This notification process is Conga’s only responsibility for notifying Customer of a new Subprocessor.
List of Current Subprocessors and Notification of New Subprocessors. A current list of Subprocessors for the Services is attached to this DPA as Annex 2. Rentman will provide the Customer with notification of new Subprocessor(s) before authorizing such new Subprocessor(s) to process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services. Rentman will solely use Subprocessors which provide appropriate safeguards as required by Chapter V of the GDPR.

For the purpose of the authorization Section 10.1 Pleo shall make available to Customer the current list of Subprocessors for the Services. This list is available as Annex I to this Addendum and includes the identities of those Sub Processors and their country of location. Upon Customer request, Pleo shall provide notification of a new Subprocessor(s) before authorizing any new Subprocessor(s) to process personal data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services. Customers must subscribe to the 37signals Subprocessor Github page for notification of Subprocessor changes.

A current list of Subprocessors for the Services, including the identities of those Subprocessors and their country of location, will be provided upon execution of this DPA, or we will provide you with a link to a webpage to which you may subscribe to obtain update notifications. Asana shall provide the subscriber with notification of new Subprocessor(s) before authorizing such new Subprocessor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

Riverbed will inform Customer of the engagement (including the name and location of the relevant subprocessor and the activities it will perform) by sending an email to the notification email address set forth in Section 7.b below prior to authorizing any new Subprocessor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Product and/or Services.

Aternity will inform Customer of the engagement (including the name and location of the relevant subprocessor and the activities it will perform) by sending an email to the notification email address set forth in Section 7.b below prior to authorizing any new Subprocessor(s) to Process Customer Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Cloud Services.
List of Current Subprocessors and Notification of New Subprocessors. Canopy shall make available to Customer the current list of Subprocessors for the Canopy Services on Canopy’s website. Canopy shall provide notification to the Customer of a new Subprocessor(s) before authorizing any new Subprocessor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services. Customers must subscribe to the Canopy Subprocessor page for notification of Subprocessor changes.
List of Current Subprocessors and Notification of New Subprocessors. A current list of Subprocessors as may be used for Processing Data is available to Customer without charge. The parties agree that any copies of the Subprocessor agreements that Medidata must make available to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Standard Contractual Clauses may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Processing of Customer’s Personal Data, removed by Medidata beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by Medidata only upon request by Customer. Medidata will keep the Subprocessor list current and inclusive of any new Subprocessors and will make available to Customer the updated Subprocessor list upon request by Customer. Medidata shall notify Customer prior to using any Subprocessor not included in such list, in accordance with clause 5.1 above.

If Customer would like to receive notifications of new Subprocessors Asana plans to engage, Customer must subscribe on that same webpage in order to be notified. Asana shall provide Customers that have subscribed with notification of new Subprocessors before authorizing such Subprocessor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Service.
