Effective date of signing, the following employers have authorized CLR to bargain a renewal Standard Floor Covering Agreement (Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial) with the Floorlayer’s Union Local 1541 (UBCJA) and to sign such Agreement on their behalf.

  • Employment of Unauthorized Aliens The employment of unauthorized aliens by the Grantee is considered a violation of Section 274A (a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. If the Grantee knowingly employs unauthorized aliens, such violation shall be cause for unilateral cancellation of this Agreement.

The City’s and the Contractor resolve to keep the same key personnel assigned to this engagement throughout its term. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Contractor to replace any key personnel, the replacement will be an individual having equivalent experience and competence in executing projects such as the one described herein. Additionally, the Contractor will promptly notify the City Contract Manager and obtain approval for the replacement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
