Live Aboards. You may live aboard your Boat during the Season provided you notify the Marina before doing so. You may be charged an additional fee for electricity and the use of other utilities and services.

Live Aboards. It is expressly understood and agreed that Licensee shall not permit the Vessel to be used as a “live-aboard” as the term is commonly used in the marine community or marine industry or by any governmental authority having jurisdiction over such matters. The term “live-aboard” may refer to either the type of vessel or the use of any vessel irrespective of type, which, in the sole discretion of Licensor, is being used, or may be used, as a place of residence. SECTION NINETEEN ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS Licensee shall at all times be responsible for the safety of the Vessel and for maintaining the Marina area adjacent to the Slip in a clean and orderly fashion. All trash shall be properly discarded. Licensee agrees that taking on, removing and/or disposing of petroleum products, including, but not limited to, oil and fuel, batteries, sewage and bilge liquids, from the Vessel by Licensee or service personnel or other parties shall be performed in accordance with current governmental regulations, and Licensee shall be responsible for such actions. Without limiting the generality of Section Thirteen, Licensee shall indemnify and hold Licensor, its directors, officers, agents, employees and members harmless from and against any environmental damages resulting from the acts or omissions of Licensee or its agents, employees, guests or invitees. The provisions of this Section shall survive the termination of this License.
Live Aboards. Tenant hereby covenants that Tenant shall limit the number of slips it rents to slip tenants who live on or in their vessels while docked in the marina (“Live Aboards”) to the maximum number of Live Aboards allowed under Applicable Law, including the Floating Home Residency Law (California Civil Code Section 800 et seq.), as it may be amended. Tenant shall provide and maintain convenient and adequate parking, showers, garbage facilities, sewage pump-out stations and a minimum of one restroom facility for use by Live Aboards and others that have executed an agreement to moor their boats in the marina.
Live Aboards. While the Owner's boat is in Fairwinds Marina or moored at the Company's floats, it shall not be used as permanent living quarters at any time or for charter or other commercial purposes without the written consent of the company. No toilets, sinks, bilges or petroleum products shall be pumped overboard; no reflective-type electric heater, flame-type or oil burner shall be operated aboard unless the Owner or someone designated by him is in attendance; and the Owner shall not carry on or permit to be carried on any activity that, in the opinion of the Company or its marina manager, supervisor, (or delegate) may be detrimental to the safety or enjoyment of others using Fairwinds Marina or the property of the Company.
Live Aboards. Occupying a vessel more than 14 days in any 30-day period is considered residential use and is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the Marina. All persons desiring to live-aboard must submit a Live-Aboard Addendum to the Marina and receive Marina approval of the Addendum prior to occupancy. Once approved, no more than 3 occupants may live on board the vessel. Refer to Item 18 of the Slip Assignment Agreement.
Live Aboards. Living aboard is restricted and requires written authorization from the City. Permittees not authorized to live aboard may not stay aboard more than 72 hours in any 7 day period (no consecutive back-to-back 72 hour periods) or staying aboard more than 3 nights per week. Vacation visits up to a yearly maximum of 21 days are permissible with prior written notice to the Marina Office and subsequent confirmation by the City. The Live-Aboard Addendum is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Providing false information with regard to live-aboard status, living aboard without permission of the City pursuant to an executed Live-Aboard Addendum, and failing to obtain written permission from the City with regard to changing status may result in immediate termination of live-aboard status and/or privileges at Cabrillo Way Marina and is a default under this Agreement.
Live Aboards. No live-aboards will be permitted in the Marina without the express written permission of the Harbor Master. In the event such permission is given, Licensee shall pay the applicable live-aboard fee. “Live-aboard” is defined as staying aboard a vessel overnight more than three (3) days within any seven (7) day period.

Live Aboards. No Live Aboards Allowed Signs and Advertising: No “for Sale “signs or other signs shall be placed on the vessel or vessel slip/space without permission of the marina. The marina reserves the right to remove any non-approved sign from the vessel or slip/space without notice to owner. Similarly, the owner shall not affix or attach by screws, nails, bolts, or any other object, any article, fixture, or equipment to the docks without prior written permission of the marina. Neither the vessel’s nor the marina’s address shall be used for business purposes without the permission of the marina.
Live Aboards. Due to limitations upon the Marina’s facilities, “live-aboards” are not permitted.
