llness During Vacation. If an employee becomes ill during a period of vacation and the illness is for a period of three (3) or more consecutive work days, and such illness is supported by a medical certificate from a legally qualified medical practitioner, the employee will be granted sick leave and his/her vacation credit restored to the extent of the sick leave.
