Common use of Local Coordinator Leave Clause in Contracts

Local Coordinator Leave. The Employer agrees to grant leaves of absence to a maximum of 22 days, without pay, to nurses elected to the position of Local Coordinator. Subject to reasonable notice, it is understood and agreed that a Local Coordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position.
