Common use of Local Coordinator Leave Clause in Contracts

Local Coordinator Leave. An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses’ Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty (30) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses’ Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in E.1 above.

Local Coordinator Leave. An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses’ Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty five (3035) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses’ Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in E.1 above.

During such leave of absence, the Employee’s salary and applicable benefits shall be maintained by the Employer and the Union agrees to reimburse the Employer the amount of the full cost of such salary and applicable benefits.
