Local engagement. 5.2.1 If the mandatory exploratory process set out at 5.1.2 does not resolve the matter, disputes will then be considered by, or registered with, the relevant Sectoral Oversight Body or equivalent IR forum. 5.2.2 Such mechanisms should seek to resolve disputes at a local level to the maximum extent possible through regular and proactive engagement as issues arise. 5.2.3 Where the matter is not resolved by the relevant sectoral mechanism, either party may refer it to the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) or, where appropriate, to the Conciliation & Arbitration machinery, for conciliation (save in the scenario outlined at 5.2.6). 5.2.4 The parties agree to engage with and complete that conciliation process. 5.2.5 Should the matter not be resolved at the conclusion of the WRC or Conciliation machinery’s work, it will progress to the Public Service Agreement Group (save in the scenario outlined at 5.2.7). 5.2.6 Where both parties agree that the matter being disputed concerns the interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement, it may proceed directly to the Public Service Agreement Group following the initial bilateral engagement. 5.2.7 Where both parties agree that a matter can be considered minor and not in breach of the Agreement, it may be referred for arbitration elsewhere and this will conclude the process.

Local engagement. The parties recognise the critical importance of working with the community and stakeholders in undertaking environmental watering and acknowledge the responsibility of a range of government and non-government organisations to actively engage with communities. The parties commit to a collaborative approach to working with the community, built on respecting each other's planning and consultation processes, roles and responsibilities, and those of other agencies involved in environmental water management in South Australia. The parties commit to undertaking consultation with the community in an informed way that: is purposeful, efficient and coordinated and avoids duplication or parallel consultation processes; xxxxxxxxx the benefits of consultation and respects the time and effort asked of community members; uses existing state or local frameworks and community-based networks including indigenous community networks, and other mechanisms as required to draw on expertise of Environmental Water management; and seeks to strengthen community involvement in, and increase understanding of, Environmental Water management and the broader implementation of the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Basin Plan. The CEWH will work with ALT to consult via the established mechanisms for consultation where it is appropriate and it is demonstrated additional consultation is required. The CEWH will inform the ALT of its specific and broader engagement activities within South Australia to ensure consistency in messaging, management of expectations, and provide opportunities to use existing consultative mechanisms. Local Boards/Partnerships engage local business and utilise public and private sector knowledge and expertise to develop projects and ensure prioritisation and delivery to provide greatest benefit to the SE LEP area.

  • IRO Engagement 1. Indivior shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.9 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by Indivior in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify Indivior if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, Indivior may continue to engage the IRO. 2. If Indivior engages a new IRO during the term of the CIA, that IRO must also meet the requirements of this Appendix. If a new IRO is engaged, Indivior shall submit the information identified in Section V.A.9 of the CIA to OIG within 30 days of engagement of the IRO. Within 30 days after OIG receives this information or any additional information submitted by Indivior at the request of OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify Indivior if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, Indivior may continue to engage the IRO.

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.
