Location Production Assistant (Location PA. (a) The Location PA is engaged by the Producer in consultation with the Location Manager to assist the location department. A Location PA may not work without the supervision of either the Location Manager or Assistant Location Manager except as provided for in this Agreement. Before being engaged as a Location PA, the Guild Member must have completed professional training courses including but not limited to propane certification. A Location PA must have a valid driver’s licence. (b) The Location PA’s duty is to assist the Assistant Location Manager in the performance of the functions and duties as outlined in Article 11.

Location Production Assistant (Location PA. (a) The Location PA is engaged by the Producer in consultation with the Location Manager to assist the location department. In addition and without limitation such duties include: prepare the locations department vehicle; prepare the film locations with signage and protective coverings; ensure the equipment base areas, additional make-up & hair stations, background holding areas, washrooms, greenrooms and lunch areas are prepared; maintain a clean working environment; perform crowd and traffic control except where this work is customarily performed by police officers or by security personnel of a facility at which the photography takes place and which requires security personnel under its location agreement; and, distribute film notification letters and collect signatures if required by the location permit.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2.   • Chief Executive Office; Collateral Locations The chief executive office of Borrower and Borrower's Records concerning Accounts are located only at the address set forth below and its only other places of business and the only other locations of Collateral, if any, are the addresses set forth in the Information Certificate, subject to the right of Borrower to establish new locations in accordance with Section 9.2 below. The Information Certificate correctly identifies any of such locations which are not owned by Borrower and sets forth the owners and/or operators thereof and to the best of Borrower's knowledge, the holders of any mortgages on such locations.

  • Principal Location Such Grantor’s mailing address and the location of its place of business (if it has only one) or its chief executive office (if it has more than one place of business), are disclosed in Exhibit A; such Grantor has no other places of business except those set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations.   • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
