Common use of Long Term Substitute Clause in Contracts

Long Term Substitute. A long -term substitute is either someone who works more than twenty (20) consecutive days as a substitute or someone who works more than thirty (30) intermittent days as a substitute in a twelve month period.

Long Term Substitute. A long -term long-term substitute is either someone a person who is temporarily employed but works more than twenty (20) consecutive days as in one (1) assignment. Upon completion of twenty (20) consecutive days in one (1) assignment, the person shall be considered a long-term substitute or someone who works more than thirty (30) intermittent days as a substitute in a twelve month periodand an employee within the bargaining unit. Long term substitutes shall be covered by the following terms and provisions of this Agreement.
