Longer Term. Other leaves of absence (including leave for public or political office and leave for professional improvement) not covered by any of the leave provisions contained in this Article 6.00 above may be granted upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and at the discretion of the Board of Directors. However, the employee retains sick leave and other rights extended by the District. Part-time, as well as full-time, leaves shall be allowed under this paragraph. Part-time leaves involve an employee working part-time, taking a leave for the other portion of the full-time job, thus protecting the right to a full-time position for the following year.

Longer Term. The impact of outreach activities on awareness, aspiration and attainment raising will be assessed through the Entry Survey and followed up through focus groups. Changes in student population Student Records will be analysed on a College-wide, departmental and, where appropriate, programme basis to assess changes in the student population in terms of our target groups. This data will be used to inform policy and practice for admissions, recruitment and outreach activities. Particular attention will be paid to the numbers of students from poorer backgrounds that are accepted on our courses and progress will be monitored though recording numbers of those eligible for bursaries.

  • Order Term Orders may only be placed prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Contract, but may have a delivery date or performance period that extends no longer than 120 calendar days following that expiration or earlier termination date. Regardless of whether this Contract has expired or has been terminated, the Contractor shall comply with all Orders that extend past the expiration or termination, as described in this section, and all requirements of this Contract necessary to complete all outstanding Orders shall survive the expiration or termination of this Contract until all such Orders are complete.

  • Contract Termination Date This contract terminates upon the earliest occurrence of the following:

  • Duration Period This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2002 and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2005, subject to the Association’s right to negotiate over a successor agreement as provided in Article II. This Agreement shall not be extended orally, and it is expressly understood that is shall expire on the date indicated, unless it is extended in writing.

  • Training Period The training provided for in this article shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible. Any such training outside of working hours shall be considered voluntary unless at the request of the Employer, in which case time devoted to training shall be considered as time worked.

  • Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Customer must cease using the Services on a Trial Basis upon any such termination.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

  • Termination Date The Executive’s “Termination Date” shall be:

  • Initial Period The Initial Period will begin on the date set forth above and will terminate on the earlier of (i) the Commercial Operation Date, or (ii) the Date the Agreement is terminated pursuant to the provisions of Clause 19.

  • COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This instrument is executed as of the date of last signature and is effective for five years from that date, at which time it will expire unless extended.

  • Dpa Term Paragraph 4 on page 1 of the DPA setting a three-year term for the DPA shall be deleted, and the following shall be inserted in lieu thereof: “This DPA shall be effective upon the date of signature by Finalsite and XXX. and shall remain in effect as between Finalsite and LEA 1) for so long as the Services are being provided to LEA or 2) until the DPA is terminated pursuant to Section 15 of this Exhibit G, whichever comes first. ”
