Loss of Gang Seniority. Each Regular Gang as a unit shall be accorded the seniority date of the year in which it was established as a Regular Gang at the particu- lar pier, terminal or section with which it is identified and received the employment preference there as a Regular Gang. The seniority rights of a Regular Gang as a unit shall be lost with respect to prior employment rights at the pier, terminal or section with which it is identified in the event the gang:
