Xxxx Access. Release the entire Work for worldwide access via the internet on the scheduled indicated in Part A.
Xxxx Access. In order for the Contractor’s staff to fulfill the requirements of this TWO, access to XXXX is necessary. Each individual Contractor employee who will be completing work under this TWO must complete the Addendum No. 1, Certification for Access to NYSERDA’s Internal Networks and Systems. In addition the Contractor and its employees are subject to Xxxxxxxx Xx. 0, XXXXXXX Information Security Policies and Procedures Manual as amended and superseded.
Xxxx Access. 13.1. The Supplier will be given access to the Site for a period sufficient to enable it to execute its contractual obligations under the Agreement. Access shall be at a mutually convenient time. 13.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing the Supplier shall provide at its own expense all Site facilities, constructional plant and other amenities as may be necessary for the performance of the Work. 13.3. When on Site, the Supplier shall comply with and shall ensure that its Personnel comply with all Policies and Laws applicable to the Site.
Xxxx Access. Forests NSW will provide road access to Log Dump locations specified in Harvesting Plans. It is the contractors responsibility to construct Log Dumps. If requested by Forests NSW the Contractor must carry out road construction and maintenance necessary to provide that access at the hourly plant hire rates specified in Schedule 7.
Xxxx Access. The City and its authorized representative(s) shall at all times have access to the Property. The City will maintain a complete set of keys to the Property. Licensee, at its sole cost and expense, may duplicate or change key locks to the Property but not until first receiving written approval from the City Manager for such work. In the event Licensee changes key locks as approved by the City Manager, Licensee, at its sole cost and expense, must also provide to the City a copy or copies of said keys, if more than one copy is required. The City shall have access to and entry into the Property at any time to: (a) inspect the Property; (b) to perform any obligations of Licensee hereunder which Licensee has failed to perform after written notice thereof to Licensee, Licensee not having cured such matter within ten (10) days of such notice, and without the City waiving any legal rights or remedies; (c) to assure Licensee's compliance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement and all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations; (d) to show the Property to prospective purchasers, tenants or others; and (e) for other purposes as may be deemed necessary by the City Manager or his/her authorized designee in the furtherance of the City's corporate purpose; provided, however, that City shall make a diligent effort to provide at least 24-hours advance notice and Licensee shall have the right to have one or more of its representatives or employees present during the time of any such entry. The City shall not be liable for any loss, cost or damage to the Licensee by reason of the exercise by the City of the right of entry described herein for the purposes listed above. The making of periodic inspections or the failure to do so shall not operate to impose upon the City any liability of any kind whatsoever nor relieve the Licensee of any responsibility, obligations or liability assumed under this Agreement.

Xxxx Access. CEPI requires “Open Access” for Project Data. This means that a copy of the final manuscript of all research publications, journal articles, scholarly monologues and book chapters published under this Clause 9 must be deposited into PubMed Central (or Europe PubMed Central) or otherwise made freely available upon acceptance for publication or immediately after the publisher’s official date of final publication. Moreover, all peer-reviewed published research that is funded, in whole or in part, by CEPI shall be published in accordance with the principles of Plan S (“Accelerating the transition to full and immediate Open Access to scientific publications”), a UK and European data sharing initiative for research funded by public grants.
