Lunch or Meal Periods. (a) Meal periods shall be uninterrupted except in cases of emergency. Proper facilities shall be provided for employees who bring lunches. Lockers shall also be provided. (b) The meal period shall be half an hour halfway through a shift. (c) Should an employee be recalled to duty during her mealtime, additional time shall be provided later in the shift.
