Lunch Period Employees who work five (5) hours or more shall be granted a thirty (30) minute, duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period, which may or may not be during the normal lunch hours.
Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.
Lunch Periods 3.6.1 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted lunch period, which shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about mid-point of each work shift. If time variations to this schedule need to be established, the wishes of the affected employees and the efficient operation of the District shall be the criteria used to establish such variation.
Period of Use Each category of flight will be allocated time on a Gate according to the number of seats in the aircraft being used to operate the flight as specified in the table below. Lunch Time The “duty free” lunch time for assistants will be the same length as the building lunch time for students provided that the lunch is no less than thirty (30) minutes in length.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
Twelve Hour Shifts Employees shall be entitled, subject to exigencies of patient care and/or departmental requirements, to rest periods during the shift of a total of forty-five (45) minutes.
Period of Enrolment 6.1 The enrolment of the student, once approved by the Principal of the School, commences in the Entry Year and continues until the completion of last year at the School or until the Student's enrolment is otherwise withdrawn or terminated.

Lunch Breaks The lunch break will consist of a one-half hour (or one hour where scheduled) unpaid break taken mid-way during regular work day. In the event that an employee is required to work during his regular lunch period he shall be allowed a one-half hour lunch period between the hours of ll:30 a.m. and l:00 p.m., otherwise he shall be paid double time for working through said lunch period.
