Common use of Lunch Periods Clause in Contracts

Lunch Periods. All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted lunch period after the employee has been on duty for four (4) hours. The length of time for such lunch period shall be for a period of no longer than one (1) hour nor less than one- half (1/2) hour and shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about the mid-point of each work shift. An employee required to work during his/her lunch period shall receive compensation at the appropriate rate of pay as determined in this Agreement for all time worked during the normal lunch period.

Lunch Periods. All employees covered by this Agreement bargaining unit members employed more than six (6) hours a day shall be entitled to an uninterrupted lunch period after the employee has been on duty for four (4) hoursperiod. The length of time for such lunch period shall be for a period of no longer than one (1) hour nor less than one- half thirty (1/230) hour and shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about minutes. The administrator will attempt, given the mid-point of each work shift. An employee required to work during his/her lunch period shall receive compensation at the appropriate rate of pay as determined in this Agreement for all time worked during the normal lunch period.

All employees unit members covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted uninterrupted, non-compensated lunch period after the employee has been on duty for four (4) hours. The length of time for such lunch period shall may be for a period of no longer more than one (1) hour nor hour, but not less than one- one-half (1/2) hour and shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about the mid-point midpoint of each work shift. An employee required to work during his/her lunch period shall receive compensation at the appropriate rate of pay as determined in this Agreement for all time worked during the normal lunch period.

An employee required to work during his/her lunch period shall receive compensation at the appropriate rate of pay as determined in this Agreement for all time worked during the normal lunch period.

Lunch Periods. All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted a duty-free lunch period after the employee has been on duty for four (4) hours. The length of time for such lunch period periods shall be between one-half to one hour as scheduled by the District for a period of no longer than one (1) hour nor less than one- half (1/2) hour and shall be scheduled for full-full- time employees at or about the mid-point midpoint of each work shift. An employee required to work during his/her lunch period shall receive compensation at the appropriate rate of pay as determined in this Agreement for all time worked during the normal lunch period.

Lunch Periods. An employee required to work during his/her lunch period shall receive compensation at the appropriate rate of pay as determined in this Agreement for all time worked during the normal lunch period.

An employee required to work during his/her lunch period shall receive compensation at the appropriate rate of pay as determined in this Agreement for all time worked during the normal lunch period.
