Machine Shop. Due to the individual machine qualifications, the Company will ask for overtime in order of seniority and by machine. This will be accomplished by presenting the machines to be worked to the employees by seniority and allowing them to choose their preference. The employee must be qualified to operate the machine they select. In all other classifications where overtime is being worked, the employee who accepts the overtime offered must be qualified to perform the required work.
Machine ShopContractor shall maintain or retain the services of a local maintenance and repair facility adequately staffed by trained maintenance personnel able to promptly perform and provide on-site diagnostic testing and manufacturer-authorized service.
Machine Shop. The Contractor shall provide and install the following items in the machine shop: (1) Deep Sink, approximately 24”x18”, heavy-duty plastic construction, with a combined gooseneck spigot and lever style faucet handles. • Drill Press Similar to Jet 3/4hp floor model 15” swing 115/230v • Work Bench with drawers 72”x30” x34” similar to XxXxxxxx-Xxxx 4579T81 • 4” Vise attached to work bench • 6” Bench Grinder Similar to Jet Model 18F215 • Bench Top Welding Rod Oven 200Lb Capacity • One (1) 7 drawer tool chest 45”Wx29”Dx60”H, similar to XxXxxxxx-Xxxx 49555T81 • Two (2) Retractable Extension Cords, 40-feet of 12/3 SJT, 15-amp cord, similar to Ironton Retractable Cord Reel #49666. The cord reels shall be mounted in the overhead at a location to be approved by the COR during construction. • Two (2) Retractable LED Work Lights, 50-feet cord with steel enclosure, similar to Bayco SL-864 60. Machine Shop. Load, unload and transport materials and products using truck and boom crane in and out of town. May be required to work in the plant or yard when the performance of the above duties is not required. For out-of-town trips, employee should be given three working days notice.
Machine Shop install additional duplex outlets so that there is a total of 4 duplex outlets at locations to be designated by Lessee; . each duplex outlet shall be fifteen (15) amps on one circuit only;

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Flextime ‌ (a) For the purpose of this agreement, flextime means the hours worked by an employee, or group of employees, who are given authority by the Employer to: (1) choose their starting and finishing times; and (2) choose their length of workday within a stated maximum number of hours, subject to meeting the required annual hours of work in accordance with this agreement, through a specified averaging period. (b) The full-time employee on flextime who has a day of absence, whether with or without pay, will be deemed to be absent for the agreed upon hours, providing at least the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period. If less than the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period, such number of hours will be deemed to be the hours of absence. (c) The averaging period for employees on flextime will be two pay periods. (d) The workday for those employees on flextime will not exceed 10 hours.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Cameras 3.2 NSP items may only be acquired through the Contractor or their Authorized Dealer and must be reported quarterly with all other sales under the Master Agreement. 3.3 NSP items must be priced at a minimum discount of 15% from MSRP or List Price. 3.4 NSP items may be offered to a Purchasing Entity as a stand-alone option, and the maximum allowable amount of all NSP items in a single Order shall be determined by the Participating State or Entity. 3.5 It shall be at the discretion of the Participating State or Entity to allow Open Market Items in their Participating Addendum.
