Maintenance and Renewals. Any Maintenance purchased for the Licensed Software is subject to Symantec’s then- current Maintenance and renewal policies, including end-of-life notifications. Maintenance is made available only for the specific Licensed Software, for the Use Level, and Maintenance term stated in the applicable Entitlement Confirmation. You must purchase the same Maintenance product for the aggregate Use Level of the corresponding Licensed Software. Maintenance purchased for a certain Licensed Software product, may not be used for a different Licensed Software product. Maintenance must be uninterrupted and renewed before the end of the current Maintenance term, otherwise, to purchase Maintenance, You will be required to pay the applicable Maintenance fees from the end of the most recently paid Maintenance term to the start date of the new Maintenance term and You may be subject to additional costs in accordance with Symantec’s Maintenance policies, such as administrative and reinstatement costs. Maintenance must be purchased and renewed for the aggregate Use Level for the Licensed Software as indicated in all applicable Entitlement Confirmations. You must submit to Symantec, in writing, any request for a reduction in any Maintenance renewal quantity. Symantec, in its sole discretion, but acting reasonably, may accept a Maintenance order or renewal of a quantity less than the aggregate Use Level for the Licensed Software. To renew Maintenance for any Licensed Software for which the renewal was waived by Symantec, You may be required to pay Maintenance fees to cover the waived period before You may purchase a current Maintenance product. Any use of Maintenance without a valid Entitlement Confirmation is deemed a breach of this License Agreement.

Maintenance and Renewals. Licensor may seek registration of Licensed IP, and Licensee shall (at Licensor’s cost) provide reasonable assistance to Licensor such as providing specimens of use of trademarks, copyright deposits, and reasonably cooperating with Licensor to register Licensed IP.

You must acquire the same Maintenance option for the aggregate quantity of the corresponding Software title. Maintenance purchased for a certain Software title, may not be used for a different Software title. Maintenance must be continuous and renewed before the end of the current term, otherwise, to acquire current Maintenance, You will be required to pay the applicable fees from the end of the most recent valid term to the start date of the new term and You may be subject to additional costs in accordance with CA’s policies, such as administrative and reinstatement costs. Maintenance must be purchased and renewed for the aggregate quantity for the Software as indicated in all applicable Order Confirmations. Any use of Maintenance without a valid Order Confirmation is deemed a breach of this License Agreement. Any Maintenance option purchased for the Software is subject to then-current published Maintenance and renewal, and end-of-life policies, published at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/support-center/policies, or successor URL.
Maintenance and Renewals. 12.1 All interior maintenance, including the necessary renewal of the leased premises - ie. the lessee’s responsibility, so that the leased premises are permanently kept in good maintenance condition. The lessee’s interior maintenance obligation includes repairing and / or the necessary renewal of paint, wallpaper / wall coverings, floors, flooring, installations of all kinds, including ventilation, any air conditioner systems, interior building components, including locks, keys, doors (including exterior doors for the lessee’s exclusive use), door handles, door closer, windows, fittings, electrical installations, including contacts, fixtures, appliances and lamps of all kinds. The lessor may require the lessee to initiate maintenance, renewal and repair work that falls within the lessee’s responsibility immediately when deficiencies are found. Otherwise the lessor may have the work done at the lessee’s expense.

  • Maintenance and Repairs 7.1 Tenant shall, at its expense, throughout the Term and all renewals and extensions thereof, maintain in good order, condition and repair the Premises, including but not limited to heating and air conditioning equipment, walls, floors and ceilings, window exteriors, mechanical and electrical systems and equipment exclusively serving the Premises, electric light fixtures, bulbs, tubes and tube casings, doors, floor coverings, dock doors, levelers, plumbing system and plumbing fixtures, Tenant’s signs and utility facilities not maintained by Landlord. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to extend to Tenant the benefit from warranties on such items, if any, that have been made by Landlord’s contractors or vendors and to extend to Tenant, as and if available, any bulk buying power that Landlord may have with such contractors or vendors. If any portion of the Premises or any system or equipment in the Premises which Tenant is obligated to repair cannot be fully repaired, Tenant shall promptly replace the same, regardless of whether the benefit of such replacement extends beyond the Term. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, maintain a preventive maintenance contract providing for the regular inspection (at least quarterly) and maintenance of the heating and air conditioning system by a licensed and qualified heating and air conditioning contractor, or Tenant shall perform such HVAC inspection and maintenance with duly licensed and qualified employee. The cost of such preventive maintenance contract shall be paid by Tenant and an expense solely chargeable to Tenant; but if Landlord so elects, same may be billed directly by Landlord to Tenant where Landlord on Tenant’s behalf enters into such preventive maintenance contract and in such case shall be deemed Additional Rent (Landlord alone may so elect whether to enter into such preventive maintenance contract on Tenant’s behalf). Landlord shall have the right, upon notice to Tenant, to undertake the responsibility for preventive maintenance of any other system or component at Tenant’s expense. Tenant shall be responsible for janitorial services and trash removal from the Premises, at Tenant’s expense. Landlord and Tenant intend that, at all times during the Term, Tenant shall maintain the Premises in good order and condition and appearances reasonably commensurate with the balance of the Property. All of Tenant’s obligations to maintain and repair shall be accomplished at Tenant’s sole expense. If Tenant fails to maintain and repair the Premises as required by this Section, Landlord may, on 10 days’ prior written notice (except that no notice shall be required in case of emergency), enter the Premises and perform such maintenance or repair on behalf of Tenant; provided such entry is made in compliance with Applicable Laws, including but not limited to, the Marijuana code. In such cases, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord immediately upon demand for all costs incurred in performing such maintenance or repair plus an administration fee equal to 5% of such actual and reasonable costs or expenses.

  • Repairs; Maintenance The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to supervise repairs, improvements, alterations, and decorations to the Property as well as purchase and pay bills for services and supplies. The Agent shall obtain prior approval of the Owner for all expenditures over $ for any single item. Prior approval for lesser amounts shall not be required for monthly or recurring operating charges or if emergency expenditures over the maximum are, in the Agent’s opinion, needed to protect the Property from damage, prevent injury to persons, avoid suspension of necessary services, avoid penalties or fines, or suspension of services to tenants required by a lease or rental agreement or by law, including, but not limited to, maintaining the Property in a condition fit for human habitation as required by applicable law.

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
