Maintenance Employees. (i) There will be overtime lists for each work group (Mechanical, Instrument/Electrical and Warehouse). The overtime list will be developed on overtime hours to date in that work group. All overtime asked for, not considered for (for whatever reason), worked or declined must be documented. A worker will be charged with all hours worked or declined. The overtime list will become fixed weekly after each Sunday’s time is entered and made available by Wednesday afternoon. The Site Services Manager/Operator will determine the number and trade skills required for the overtime, with input from the trades people where required.
