Maintenance Forms. The Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Form provides a record of maintenance activities. Maintenance Forms for each facility type are provided in Appendix E. Maintenance Forms shall be completed by the <<Insert Property Owner’s Name>>’s contractor completing the required maintenance items. The form shall then be reviewed by the <<Insert Property Owner’s Name>> or an authorized agent of the property owner and submitted on an annual basis to the City of Aurora. Refer to Section II of this Plan regarding the annual reporting of inspections and maintenance activities performed. Maintenance Forms. ‌ The GB-GS Maintenance Form provides a record of each maintenance operation performed by maintenance contractors. The GB-GS Maintenance Form shall be filled out in the field after the completion of the maintenance operation. Each form shall be reviewed and submitted by the property owner or property manager to the City of Aurora per the requirements of the Inspection and Maintenance Plan. The GB-GS Maintenance form is located in Appendix E.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.
