MAINTENANCE REQUEST. The Tenant agrees to submit an online Maintenance Request for any required repairs.
MAINTENANCE REQUEST. The City shall notify Xxxxx when it becomes aware that any of its street lights require maintenance or repair. Xxxxx requires a streetlight number for all maintenance requests. If no tag is present, the City shall provide the light location address. The City shall also encourage and direct its residents to contact Xxxxx and report a street light in need of maintenance. Xxxxx will attempt to respond to any maintenance request within five business days (actual repairs may take longer). Emergency response (e.g. car hit street light) will be addressed as soon as possible after notification from emergency services or the general public. In the event of an emergency, Xxxxx will disconnect equipment at Xxxxx’x source and notify the City. The City will provide emergency/afterhours contact information. The City shall not perform any maintenance or repair work on facilities serviced by Xxxxx under this Agreement. This provision shall not preclude the City from taking any action as needed to ensure the facilities serviced by Xxxxx under this this Agreement are returned to a safe condition in the event of any emergent circumstances. For the purpose of facilitating the performance of the services under this Agreement, the City will allow the temporary closing to traffic of any street, or portions thereof, necessary to be closed for Xxxxx to perform its services herein. Xxxxx shall not be required to obtain a right-of-way permit or any other authorization from the City for street light maintenance work performed under this Agreement. The City will be responsible for the cost of any permits required by other entities. Xxxxx will provide the City with 24-hours’ notice before it works on individual City street lights located on main streets and arterials that may block a lane of traffic for an extended period of time.

If something breaks or malfunctions in a room, residents are expected to report it to a Resident Advisor or Residence Hall Director as soon as possible so a work order can be submitted. Work orders give MC staff and maintenance technicians permission to enter the resident’s room in order to complete the required repairs. MC staff will attempt to make repairs while residents are in their rooms. Repairs not completed within five (5) working days should be brought to the attention of Residence Life Staff. Mail: Residents are issued a mailbox and combination at the start of the term. A resident’s mailing address is “Student Name, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx, XX 00000”. All incoming mail will be sorted and placed in the resident’s mailbox. Residents will be notified via email when they receive a package. The Mailroom is the white cottage next to Xxxxxxx Xxxx. Mailroom hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. Meal Plan: All residents are required to participate in a College meal plan. Students will have a choice of one of the following meal plans:
MAINTENANCE REQUEST. If a maintenance issue should arise, please complete a maintenance request by calling or emailing your maintenance manager that is outlined in your lease. • You can also submit a work order online at: xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/Xxxxxxx/Xxxxxxx-xxx-Xxxxxxxxxxx • It is ideal to submit maintenance requests in writing to avoid confusion and to ensure that we have a clear record of your request. When making a request, be as specific as possible about the problem. • When preparing your work order, please remember to complete the section on how to enter the property. If you need to be present, remember that the maintenance department schedules appointments Monday – Friday, from 9:00am – 6:00pm. o Tenants are responsible for securing any pets that may be encountered on the visit to the property.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST a. You may submit a maintenance request by completing a maintenance request form available at the property or included in the folder received at move-in, and deposited in the property manager’s office drop box. Maintenance requests may also be available on-line at select properties (see property manager for more information).
b. Please ensure the following items are included on the maintenance request:
i) Name of property, building number, and apartment number
ii) Your name and phone number
iii) A detailed description of the problem
iv) If you have a pet or assistance animal v) Permission for the maintenance staff to enter your apartment if you are not at home
c. Unless it is an emergency, please submit your maintenance requests first thing in the morning to allow us to schedule the work as soon as possible. Maintenance is usually able to respond to non-emergency work requests within 72 hours.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST. Xxxxxx agrees that a request for maintenance gives permission for a CDA representative to enter tenant’s unit to perform such maintenance during reasonable hours, without further notice.
