Maintenance of Policies. A. Except as modified by this Agreement, general personnel policies approved by the Board of Governors for University-wide application including Professional and Administrative Staff prior to the date of this Agreement shall remain in effect for Professional and Administrative personnel.
Maintenance of Policies. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to deny the authority of the Board to establish or change policies through established processes, which may include prior discussion with the AAUP as appropriate.

Except as otherwise indicated on Schedule 2.22 of the Disclosure Statement, DI shall maintain in full force and effect the policies of insurance listed on such Schedule 2.22 or will obtain, prior to the lapse of any such policy, substantially similar coverage with insurers of recognized standing. DI shall promptly advise CTC in writing of any change of insurer or type of coverage in respect of the policies listed on such Schedule 2.22.
Maintenance of Policies. The Bank intends to maintain one or more life insurance policies for purposes of this Agreement. The Bank shall be responsible for making any required premium payments and to take all other actions within the Bank’s reasonable control in order to keep the Policies in full force and effect; provided, however, that the Bank may replace one or more of the Policies with a comparable policy or policies so long as Insured’s beneficiary(ies) will be entitled to receive an amount of death proceeds under Section 6 of this Agreement at least equal to those that the beneficiary(ies) would be entitled to if the original Policies were to remain in effect. If any such replacement is made, all references herein to the “Policies” shall thereafter be references to such replacement policy or policies. If the Policies contain any premium waiver provision, any such waived premiums shall be considered for the purposes of this Agreement as having been paid by the Bank. The Bank shall be under no obligation to set aside, earmark or otherwise segregate any funds with which to pay its obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, payment of premiums with respect to the Policies.

Maintenance of Policies. IHI and T-3 shall maintain the coverage under the IHI Policies and the T-3 Policies respectively, in full force and effect until the Closing Date.
Maintenance of Policies. SESI and Cardinal shall maintain the coverage under the SESI Policies and the Cardinal Policies respectively, in full force and effect until the Closing Date.
Maintenance of Policies. All such insurance policies designated in Subparagraphs (A) and (B) hereof shall be filed with the CEO and shall be subject to inspection at all reasonable times by Airline. If the CEO determines that certain insurance required in Subparagraphs (A) and (B) hereof cannot be obtained to the extent therein required at reasonable rates, the CEO shall prepare a written memorandum to that effect, designating each such type of insurance in question and stating in each such case that the insurance was not obtainable or that designated insurance was required in substitution for the required insurance, the reason or reasons for its substitution, and when and to the extent that the substituted insurance was procured at reasonable rates, as the case may be. Each such memorandum shall be filed with the policies on file with the CEO and shall also be subject to such inspection.
Maintenance of Policies. 20.1 The terms and conditions of employment of CCDE faculty related to distance learning shall be those contained in the agreement between MSP/FSU and the Employer covering the Amherst and Boston campuses, with the exception that salary for teaching and development of said courses shall not be less than the current minimums currently paid at the Boston campus for such work.
