- MAINTENANCE SIGN. UP A maintenance sign-up shall be held approximately every three (3) months for those Sections that are required to work on shifts other than a standard day shift. Employees shall select work strictly in accordance with seniority. Upon mutual agreement the Employer and the Union may call for a special sign-up between the regular sign-ups. If any employee is off duty during a sign- up and cannot be present, the Employer and the Union shall make a choice for the employee and the employee shall work the shift so chosen until the next sign-up. Probationary mechanics will not be subject to the sign-up procedure for the first three (3) months of their active employment. Upon completion of this training period, the employee will revert to the shift the employee’s seniority entitles the employee to. The standard training period may be altered upon mutual agreement between Union and Management. No shift will be offered for sign-up that requires an employee to work two consecutive shifts, unless agreed to by the employee. Employees shall select their shifts according to their seniority and once signed, their days off shall remain as signed for the duration of the sign- up, except those who signed spare with variable days off. If at any time the Employer desires to change any Spare Service line shifts, they will be given a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice of such change.

  • MAINTENANCE WORK Landlord reserves the right from time to time, but subject to payment by and/or reimbursement from Tenant as otherwise provided herein: (i) to install, use, maintain, repair, replace, relocate and control for service to the Premises and/or other parts of the Project pipes, ducts, conduits, wires, cabling, appurtenant fixtures, equipment spaces and mechanical systems, wherever located in the Premises or the Project, (ii) to alter, close or relocate any facility in the Premises or the common areas or otherwise conduct any of the above activities for the purpose of complying with a general plan for fire/life safety for the Project or otherwise, and (iii) to comply with any federal, state or local law, rule or order. Landlord shall attempt to perform any such work with the least inconvenience to Tenant as is reasonably practicable, but in no event shall Tenant be permitted to withhold or reduce Basic Rental or other charges due hereunder as a result of same, make any claim for constructive eviction or otherwise make any claim against Landlord for interruption or interference with Tenant's business and/or operations.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • Maintenance Standards Unless otherwise authorized by the CRC Board, the General Manager shall prepare and submit to the CRC Board proposals (including the Program Maintenance plan submitted pursuant to Section 5(b)) for the performance of such Routine Maintenance and Program Maintenance as is reasonably necessary to keep and maintain the Shared Assets substantially in their condition as of the date of this Agreement. If the CRC Board fails either to approve or disapprove by majority vote any such proposal within 45 days after it was submitted to the CRC Board, the disagreement over the propriety or need for any of the Routine Maintenance or Program Maintenance included in such proposal may be submitted by either Operator for resolution by binding arbitration pursuant to Section 13.

  • Maintenance Windows 12.3.23.1 Generally, Qwest performs major Switch maintenance activities off-hours, during certain “maintenance windows”. Major Switch maintenance activities include Switch conversions, Switch generic upgrades and Switch equipment additions.

User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • Maintenance of Improvements All improvements on the property, including, but not limited to, buildings, trees or other improvements now on the premises, or hereafter made or placed thereon, shall be a part of the security for the performance of this contract and shall not be removed therefrom. Purchaser shall not commit, or suffer any other person to commit, any waste or damage to said premises or the appurtenances and shall keep the premises and all improvements in as good condition as they are now.
