Major Participating Site. A Review Committee-approved participating site to which all residents in at least one Program rotate for a required educational experience, and for which a master affiliation agreement must be in place. To be designated as a major participating site in a two-year Program, all residents must spend at least four months in a single required rotation or a combination of required rotations across both years of the program. In Programs of three years or longer, all residents must spend at least six months in a single required rotation or a combination of required rotations across all years of the Program. The term “major participating site” does not apply to sites providing required rotations in one year Programs.

Major Participating Site. OLOL is the Site providing educational assignments and rotations for Residents and Fellows in the LSU GME Programs and therefore OLOL shall be, subject to Section 2.1(b) of the CEA, the sole Major Participating Site for the LSU GME Programs. OLOL shall use its best efforts to fulfill all obligations as a Major Participating Site in accordance with the applicable ACGME requirements. OLOL agrees to timely notify LSU in the event of any action or inaction that could jeopardize the quality or viability of any of the LSU GME Programs.

  • Participating FFI The term Participating FFI means a Financial Institution that has agreed to comply with the requirements of an FFI Agreement, including a Financial Institution described in a Model 2 IGA that has agreed to comply with the requirements of an FFI Agreement.   • Participating Provider A Provider that has a Provider Agreement with United Concordia Dental pertaining to payment for Covered Services rendered to a Member.

  • Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel It is understood and agreed that there are times when non-bargaining unit employees may be required to perform work customarily performed by bargaining unit employees. It is also understood that Supervisors and others will be required to work with tools only to meet requirements under the conditions listed below. Therefore, the Company shall have the right to utilize non-bargaining unit employees under one or more of the following conditions:

  • Participating Teachers A participating Teacher is a unit member who receives assistance and/or coaching to improve instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and related aspects of teaching performance. There are two (2) categories of Participating Teachers.

  • Permanent Part-Time Employees (1) Pay and benefits will be computed on a prorated monthly or pay period basis, such as one-half (½) monthly or pay period pay for a half-time employee, or pay will be computed on an hourly basis, and pay and benefits will be normally prorated on a pay period, pay status basis. Permanent part-time employees in permanent full-time positions will be treated as permanent part-time for purposes of this Article.

  • EMPLOYEE WORK YEAR A. In-School Work Year

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).

  • Referred Participating Teacher a. A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an unsatisfactory Summary Evaluation.

  • Participating Providers To find out if a Provider is a Participating Provider: • Check Our Provider directory, available at Your request; • Call the number on Your ID card; or • Visit our website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. The Provider directory will give You the following information about Our Participating Providers: • Name, address, and telephone number; • Specialty; • Board certification (if applicable); • Languages spoken; and • Whether the Participating Provider is accepting new patients.

  • Participating Consumers All Participating Consumers as of the Effective Date will continue to be enrolled in the Program under the terms of this ESA unless they opt-out. Within one (1) day after the Effective Date, the Town shall provide to Competitive Supplier a list of Participating Consumers as of the Effective Date, as well as such Participating Consumers’ service and billing addresses, and any other information necessary for Competitive Supplier to commence All-Requirements Power Supply to such Participating Consumers as of the Service Commencement Date.
