  • MANDATORY ACTIVATION Activation associates the use of the software with a specific computer. During activation, the software will send information about the software and the computer to Microsoft. This information includes the version, language and product key of the software, the Internet protocol address of the computer, and information derived from the hardware configuration of the computer.   • Mandatory Assistance If a third party dispute or litigation, or both, arises out of, or relates in any way to the services provided to the City under a Contract, Contractor , its agents, officers, and employees agree to assist in resolving the dispute or litigation upon City’s request. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.
