Food Service Certification. The school district will pay for food service certification fees when deemed necessary by the district. If food service certification classes/seminars are scheduled outside of the employee’s normal workday, the school district will compensate the employee for attendance at such classes/seminars.

Food Service Certification. Employees with a current Serve Safe Food Manager License and working as a lead/assistant employee will be compensated $.30 per hour/per person, four (4) people for those duties. Library/Media Paras: Employees working as Library/Media Paras will be compensated an additional $.30 per hour/per person, for duties performed.
Food Service Certification. Cafeteria workers who complete the Serv-Safe Sanitation Certification course and pass and maintain the associated certification tests will be paid on hourly premium of twenty-five cents (.25) per hour. This premium does not apply to cooks due to the fact that their hourly wage has been calculated taking this requirement into account. The District will pay for the course and mileage associated with going to and from the course, after successful completion of the course.
Food Service Certification. The Board will pay the food service yearly membership fee for food service employees (cooks) who wish to be members. The Board will also pay for the certification renewal fee for those members who wish to maintain their certification. The Board shall cover costs for SERV SAFE certification, including travel time, classroom time and mileage to training facility WITH PRIOR SUPERVIOR APPROVAL.
Food Service Certification. The District agrees to pay employees who have become certified food service persons on a program approved by the employer .50 more per hour upon completion of said program. Proof of completion must be submitted to the Human Resources Office. In addition, the District will reimburse employees for the cost of initial certification and re-certification application fees.
Food Service Certification. Those food service employees who obtain and maintain Serve-Safe Certification or other appropriate certification as determined by the Board or designee, and present satisfactory completion verification, will receive a one hundred-dollar ($100.00) stipend. Should the State of Michigan modify, change or alter any existing sanitation requirements or nutritional management standards for food service personnel, a committee of appropriate food service employees shall meet with representatives of the Board to discuss the necessary strategies to achieve compliance. This process shall be separate from the above defined Serve-Safe Certification, and no additional compensation shall be awarded should state standards require additional training or professional development. The parties agree to meet at either parties’ request to negotiate State mandated changes to the employees working terms and conditions.

  • Compliance Certification From time to time the Sub-Adviser shall provide such certifications with respect to Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act, as are reasonably requested by the Fund or the Manager. In addition, the Sub-Adviser will, from time to time, provide a written assessment of its compliance program in conformity with current industry standards that is reasonably acceptable to the Fund to enable the Fund to fulfill its obligations under Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act.

  • AS9100 Certification AS9100 Certification specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification during the entire term of OASIS SB. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Employee Certification Employee hereby certifies that he has had an adequate opportunity to review, and understands all the terms and conditions of, this Agreement.

  • CLEC Certification 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, CenturyLink shall have no obligation to perform under this Agreement until such time as CLEC has obtained such FCC and Commission authorization(s) as may be required by Applicable Law for conducting business in the State as a competitive local exchange carrier. CLEC shall not be permitted to establish its account nor place any orders under this Agreement until it has obtained such authorization and provided proof of such to CenturyLink. For the life of this Agreement, CLEC must represent and warrant to CenturyLink that it remains a certified local provider of Telephone Exchange Service within CenturyLink’s Local Calling Area(s) in the State. At any time during the life of this Agreement, CLEC will provide a copy of its current Certificate of Operating Authority or other evidence of its status to CenturyLink upon request. CLEC’s failure to maintain such authorization(s) as may be required by Applicable Law for conducting business in the State as a CLEC shall be considered a Default of Agreement.

  • ISO 9001 Certification The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable

  • RECYCLING CERTIFICATION The Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the Public Contract Code Section 12200, in products, materials, goods, or supplies offered or sold to the State regardless of whether the product meets the requirements of Public Contract Code Section 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of Section 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply (Pub. Contract Code §12205).

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:
