Common use of Mandatory Overtime (Bucket List) Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Overtime (Bucket List). i. A mandatory overtime list of all Food Service Coordinators shall be maintained in the Food Service Office and will be accessible to be viewed by all employees. ii. If the Manager/Assistant Manager is unable to find an employee to work a voluntary overtime, the first (1st) employee on the mandatory overtime list who is on duty will be required to work the overtime. iii. An employee who is not on duty will remain at the top of the list and the next person who is on shift will be required to work the overtime shift. iv. Once an employee has worked a mandatory overtime shift, his/her name will be rotated to the bottom of the list.
