Marketing and Public Relations Services. Manager shall provide such --------------------------------------- marketing and public relations services as Manager determines reasonably necessary to promote, market and develop the dental services of Dental Group. Manager shall provide Dental Group with marketing materials and activities.
Marketing and Public Relations Services. Manager will assist GROUP in GROUP's marketing, public relations and advertising of the health care services provided by GROUP. Manager, shall provide and be principally responsible for marketing and advertising services for GROUP and prepare signs, brochures, letterhead, advertisements, and other marketing materials for GROUP. Manager may, at its discretion, contract with third parties to assist it in the provision of GROUP marketing and public relations services, should Manager deem such action advisable. Manager shall produce and distribute such written descriptive materials concerning GROUP's professional services, subject to the prior approval of GROUP, as may be necessary or appropriate to the conduct of the Practice. In providing such marketing services, Manager is acting solely in its capacity as administrator for the GROUP. At no time shall Manager hold itself out as providing, or actually provide, medical services on behalf of GROUP. All such marketing services shall be conducted in accordance with the laws, rules, regulations and guidelines of all applicable governmental and quasi-governmental agencies, including but not limited to the Medical Board of California. Manager shall be the owner and holder of all right, title and interest in and to any such marketing and advertising materials.

Manager shall provide Group with marketing materials and activities. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to affect or limit in any way the professional discretion of Group to select patients that may be effectively treated in the Practice in accordance with professional standards of patient selection.
Marketing and Public Relations Services. Subject to any limitation of law, regulation or ethical standards pertaining to the practice of dentistry, Service Company shall implement marketing and public relations programs reasonably necessary to promote, market and develop the Practice and the Dental Services provided by the Practice.

Subject to any limitation of law, regulation or ethical standards pertaining to the practice of dentistry and following consultation with Group, Manager shall provide such marketing and public relations services as Manager determines reasonably necessary to promote, market and develop the dental services of Group. Manager shall provide Group with copies of all marketing materials.

The Contractor shall assist in creative design, website programming/re-design or update, development and strategic planning for State Agency goals, marketing programs and public relations activities. This shall include supporting existing campaigns and programs, updating of existing designs or creating new designs, and creating new and fresh promotional campaigns as needed by the State Agency.

ProMed HCA, shall provide and be principally responsible for marketing and advertising services for IPA and shall prepare signs, brochures, letterhead, advertisements, and other marketing materials for IPA. ProMed HCA may, at its discretion, contract with third parties to assist it in the provision of IPA marketing and public relations services, should ProMed HCA deem such action advisable. Subject to --------------------------------------- Group's consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and subject to any limitation of law, regulation or ethical standards pertaining to the practice of dentistry, Manager shall provide such marketing and public relations services as Manager determines reasonably necessary to promote, market and develop the dental services of Group. Manager shall provide Group with marketing materials and activities. Marketing and Public Relations Services. In accordance with the Practice Budgets, Practice shall be responsible, with the assistance, advice, and consent of Manager, for providing all marketing and public relations services in accordance with the standards of medical ethics of the American Medical Association and any state or local medical society or association with which any Physician is a member and all applicable Laws.
Marketing and Public Relations Services. MANAGER shall coordinate IPA’s marketing and public relations program, as it deems necessary to promote and market the services of IPA and develop and enhance the deliverysystem for Enrollees and the IPA Provider network. Any marketing and public relations services shall be provided in accordance with the standards of medical ethics of the American Medical Association and the State professional medical associations and all applicable laws and regulations. IPA shall be entitled to review printed marketing or public relations material or release of any material for dissemination by other media, including but not limited to radio or television, prior to publication or distribution. MANAGER shall be the sole owner and holder of all right, title and interest in and to any material or documents acquired, prepared, purchased or furnished by MANAGER pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to all copyright, service xxxx and trademark rights with respect to such material or documents (it being understood and agreed that such material or documents shall not include (a) the financial information and reports concerning the IPA’s operations that MANAGER furnishes to IPA from time to time, or (b) IPA’s trade name “Noble Mid-Medical Associates” and logo, whichMANAGER is authorized to use only during the term hereof). IPA shall have no right, title or interest in or to the aforedescribed material and shall not, in any manner, distribute or use the same without the prior written authorization of MANAGER; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not restrict IPA at its sole cost and expense from distributing managed care informational brochures and materials to Enrollees without the prior written approval of MANAGER provided no Proprietary Property of MANAGER is contained therein.
