Proof of Employment. The Buyer shall ensure upon any request from the Seller a valid proof of employed workers in accordance with provisions of the Rules on Control of the Fulfilled Obligations arising from SPAs in Privatization Process in the Federation BiH (“Official Gazette of F BiH”, Nos: 52/09 and 5/11).
Proof of Employment. Upon termination of employment, regardless of reason, the employer will provide, on request, a letter of employment confirming the employee’s position and term of employment. This letter must be provided to the Union and the Employee within five (5) days of the request being made, or as soon thereafter as is practicable. The letter of employment will not share any information that is disparaging or negative about a former employee, provide any barrier to Employment Insurance or in any way attempt to prevent an employee from finding future work. The Employer will limit communication to any third party to that information contained in the letter of employment.
Proof of Employment. The Buyer shall ensure every year to the Seller a valid proof of employed workers. This proof shall be ensured for every Annual meeting. The Buyer shall, upon request from the Seller, present employee registration and deregistration forms as well as other required evidence supporting the employment obligation towards the Company. The Buyer is obliged to ensure funds from business activities of the company for payment of (PDCFs, salaries, court proceedings), determined by Business Plan.
Proof of Employment. Proof of exemption from having to work under a State program funded under Part A of title IV of the Social Security Act.
Proof of Employment. The Buyer shall ensure two times a year to the Seller a valid proof of employed workers. This proof is an evidence of fulfillment all obligations towards workers pursuant to valid regulations on work in the FBiH, Canton provisions, Collective Agreements, Rules and Contract on Work.
Proof of Employment. Complete the top portion of the Employment Verification form and have your employer complete the lower portion of the form.
