Masterplan. 9.1.1 The public partner’s vision for development at St George’s will be delivered though a jointly prepared masterplan. The process to draft the initial high level plan will be led by RCC. The development of the plan will be supported by full stakeholder and public engagement and consultation. The LSDP will lead the production of the detailed plan.

Masterplan. The parties will use their best endeavours to work towards the vision by working collaboratively on the following eight goals determined by the Mirarr Traditional Owners as the essential features of the town. • Mirarr ownership • National Park town • Tourism town • Sustainable and resource efficient town • Iconic cultural heritage destination • Indigenous employment and enterprise centre • Sustainable resident populationEducation and research hub. GAC will develop with the other parties, a Jabiru Masterplan as the framework for the work of all parties to work towards in relation to these goals. The Northern Territory will develop a new Jabiru Town Plan1 in consultation with the Commonwealth and the Traditional Owners.
Masterplan. Owner shall provide neighborhood and staff committees to assist Design-Builder with Masterplan Document describing Owner's general Program of Facility Requirements and objectives for the Project. The Masterplan will include a general description of the use, space, price, time, site, performance, and expandability requirements. The Masterplan may include master planning and conceptual documents, criteria, performance requirements and other technical materials and requirements. The parties will meet periodically to discuss the Masterplan and agree upon what amendments and revisions, if any, should be made to such criteria in the Design-Builder’s development of a Program of Facility Requirements as a part of these Preliminary Services.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Investment Promotion 1. Each Contracting Party shall promote investments in its territory by investors of the other Contracting Party and admit such investments in accordance with its legislation.

  • CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTION FUND 19.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Construction Industry Development and Promotion Fund (the “Industry Fund”) the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and it shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directives.

  • FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Dormitory Program (FPCDP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCDP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that:

  • Development 3.3 Within twenty (20) Working Days after the Commencement Date and in accordance with paragraphs 3.10 to 3.12 (Amendment and Revision), the Contractor will prepare and deliver to the Authority for approval the full and final Security Plan which will be based on the draft Security Plan set out in Appendix B.
