Meal Allowance – All Employees a) Where a day work employee is required and does in fact work for more than nine and one half hours on any day, and such hours include more than one and one half hours of overtime, such employee shall either be supplied a meal by the employer consisting of two courses, or be paid an appropriate meal allowance. Provided however, that a further meal allowance of the same amount (or meal provided) shall not be received unless the employee performs an additional four hours’ work after the nine and one half hours as aforesaid.

Meal Allowance – All Employees. An employee who works between the hours of 01.00am and 06.00am (and commences work before 05.00am) will be supplied by the Trust with a breakfast meal or alternatively, at the discretion of the Trust, paid a meal allowance of $9.38 (2007), $9.76 (2008), $10.15 (2009).

  • Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who:

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate.   • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.
