Meal Allowance on Overtime. (a) Nurses will be provided with a meal or a meal allowance in accordance with the Employer’s policy. During the second shift of a double shift, the Employer shall be responsible to supply the Nurse(s) with a meal. If a meal is not available, the Nurse will be permitted to order a meal not to exceed Ten Dollars ($10.00). The Nurse shall be reimbursed, upon presentation of a receipt for a meal.
