MEAL PERIODS AND REST BREAKS. a. All full-time employees shall be granted a non-duty meal period during their shifts. Non-duty meal periods shall be scheduled in the middle of the work shift or as near thereto as possible, and shall be no less than thirty (30) minutes. When an authorized management representative designates that certain employees are not permitted to leave their work site during the meal break, employee meal breaks shall be considered duty time.
