MEAL PERIODS AND REST BREAKS. The Employer will provide meal and rest periods in accordance with State and Federal laws except that the Employer agrees to provide rest periods in 15-minute increments in accordance with the Employer’s policy. Rest breaks shall be considered time worked for pay purposes. Employees required to work during the meal period will be compensated for such work at the appropriate rate.
