MEALS IN TOWN. (A) An employee(s) who is required by the company to report to work at/or before six (6) a. m. shall receive a meal allowance. (B) A meal allowance of Seventeen dollars and Fifty cents ($17.50) shall be paid before the commencement of work then every four (4) hours therafter. (C) An additional meal allowance will be provided to each employee(s) four (4) hours after a seven and one-half (7 ½) hour shift is completed then every four (4) hours thereafter. When working in the shop only, meals shall not apply during standard work hours on a scheduled overtime shift.

Or (c) Reimburse receipts (not to exceed the parameters established in Article 9.8 (f) (g) for those Technicians who are in a location so situated that no facilities serving hot food are readily available. All lunches will be supplied within a reasonable walking distance from set. Any distance will be subject to travel time, to be calculated in ten (10) minute increments.

  • MISCELLANOUS 31.1 The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence and negotiations between them relating to the Deliverables. 31.2 If delivery has been agreed according to INCOTERMS, the latest version in force at the date the Agreement was entered into shall apply.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or at any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per mile (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00)) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare.

  • Transportation Costs The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s). This payment shall in no way limit or be construed as a payment in substitution for any other entitlement arising under Clause 38 of the award. Payments shall be as follows: ⮚ 1/3/03 $22.50 per day ⮚ 1/3/04 $23.40 per day ⮚ 1/3/05 $24.55 per day The cost of Citylink tolls or similar will be reimbursed for those employees who are required by the company to use their own vehicle during working hours, but not for travel to and from work.

  • Meals Meals charged to the School District should represent mid-fare selections for the hotel/meeting facility or general area, consistent with the maximum allowable reimbursement amount set by the Board. Tips are included with meal charges. Expense forms must explain the meal charges incurred. Alcoholic beverages will not be reimbursed.

  • Living Away From Home Allowance When Employees are to be engaged on a Project requiring them to live away from home, the provisions of Appendix I will apply in determining their entitlement and the conditions whilst they are living away from home.

  • Relocation Costs If relocation occurs after the Commencement Date, then Landlord shall pay Tenant's reasonable third-party costs of moving Tenant's furnishings, telephone and computer wiring, and other property to the Substitute Premises, and reasonable printing costs associated with the change of address.

  • Miscellaneous Expenses Board members may seek reimbursement for other expenses incurred while attending a meeting sponsored by organizations described herein by fully describing the expenses on the expense form, attaching receipts.

  • Relocation Allowance An employee who is promoted and required by agency policy to relocate his residence shall be granted time off with pay for one workday for this purpose. In addition, the employee shall be granted travel time to the new location based on the most direct route. No employee will be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee’s regular workday and such time shall not be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing compensatory time or overtime.

  • Miscellany This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Artist and The Gallery. If any part of this Agreement is held to be illegal, void, or unenforceable for any reason, such holding shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other part. A waiver of any breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of other breaches of the same provision or other provisions hereof. This Agreement shall not be assigned, nor shall it inure to the benefit of the successors of The Gallery, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Artist. In any proceeding to enforce any part of this contract, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any available remedy.
