Mechanical Breakdown Assistance. In the event of mechanical breakdown we will dispatch a service provider to attempt to mobilise the motorcycle. If the problem causing the immobility is a minor mechanical or electrical breakdown, the service provider will attempt emergency mechanical or electrical repair at the roadside to rectify the problem. If unsuccessful we will arrange transportation of the motorcycle to either a place of safety or repair. 9. Medical Referral and Advice Customers travelling away from their home base and in unfamiliar territory may, from time to time, find themselves in need of medical advice or treatment. Our team will refer you to the nearest medical centre for treatment, consultation and treatment fees are your responsibility. 10. Out of Fuel If you run out of fuel we will dispatch a service provider to deliver you 5 litres of fuel without charge to you. 11. Taxi Option If we transport the motorcycle due to a mechanical breakdown, we will reimburse one taxi ride to the value of $50 including GST to enable the motorcycle occupants to continue their journey. Any taxi fare charge in excess of this limit will be the occupant’s responsibility 12. Towing In the event that a motorcycle suffers a breakdown and cannot be mobilised, we will transport the motorcycle to the nearest repair facility from the breakdown site. If the repair facility is not open, the motorcycle will be towed to a place of storage until the motorcycle can be delivered to the nearest repair facility under the above criteria. 13. Travel Delay In the event of a mechanical breakdown or accident that delays your travel, we will aim to assist with co-ordinating the re-booking of pre-planned travel arrangements, or if possible arrange alternative arrangements. ROAD CLEARING COSTS We will pay the reasonable costs incurred for removing debris from any road or parking area, following a loss covered by this policy. WINDSHIELD AND GLASS If your claim is solely for accidental loss to windshield, headlight glass, headlight protectors, tail light glass or indicators of the motorcycle no excess applies, unless a specific windshield and glass excess is applied as shown on the schedule. SECTION ONEOPTIONAL EXTENSIONS These Optional Extensions only apply where specified in the schedule. CERTIFIED AGREED VALUE If the motorcycle is a total loss, we will pay the Certified Agreed Value.   • Client Assistance You acknowledge that the implementation of the Tyler Software is a cooperative process requiring the time and resources of your personnel. You agree to use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist us as may be reasonably required to meet the agreed upon project deadlines and other milestones for implementation. This cooperation includes at least working with us to schedule the implementation-related services outlined in this Agreement. We will not be liable for failure to meet any deadlines and milestones when such failure is due to Force Majeure or to the failure by your personnel to provide such cooperation and assistance (either through action or omission).

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • Emergency Assistance Both Parties shall exercise due diligence to avoid or mitigate an Emergency to the extent practical in accordance with applicable requirements imposed by the Standards Authority or contained in the PJM Tariffs and NYISO Tariffs. In avoiding or mitigating an Emergency, both Parties shall strive to allow for commercial remedies, but if commercial remedies are not successful or practical, the Parties agree to be the suppliers of last resort to maintain reliability on the system. For each hour during which Emergency conditions exist in a Party’s Balancing Authority Area, that Party (while still ensuring operations within applicable Reliability Standards) shall determine what commercial remedies are available and make use of those that are practical and needed to avoid or mitigate the Emergency before any Emergency Energy is scheduled in that hour.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Study Assistance An employee who is approved by Australia Post as a student to undertake a course of study or a short course of instruction may be granted reimbursement in full or in part of fees incurred for the course.
