MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING. GENERAL (APR 2011)‌ The Lessor shall provide and operate all Building equipment and systems in accordance with applicable technical publications, manuals, and standard procedures. Mains, lines, and meters for utilities shall be provided by the Lessor. Exposed ducts, piping, and conduits are not permitted in office Space.
MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING. 1. One (1) review of the most recent draft set of documents provided by the Client. Following the review, a report and/or marked up set of drawings shall be provided to the Client discussing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design concerns identified by Xxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxx’x review shall not be exhaustive and is not guaranteed to identify all possible deficiencies with the design. 2. One (1) meeting with the Client to discuss items identified during the review and assistance the Client requires moving forward. 3. If desired by the Client following the review, Xxxxxxxx may perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design work on an hourly basis. This work could consist of preparation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction documents such as plans, details, and specifications as required for permit, bidding, and construction, including: a. Sanitary waste and vent plumbing plans. b. Domestic water and natural gas plumbing plans. c. Plumbing fixture schedules. d. Plumbing details. e. Heating and ventilation load calculations. f. Low-voltage system plan(s) showing fire alarm device locations, per code requirements, telephone/data locations, and security device locations. MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING. Fire Protection Engineer of Record (MEPR) is the MEP engineer who is legally eligible to seal the MEP documents for a building project. This seal acknowledges that the MEP has performed or supervised the analysis, design, and document preparation for the MEP Systems.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.

  • Mechanical (i) Large scale mechanical details complete. (ii) Mechanical schedules for equipment completed. (iii) Completed electrical schematic for environmental cooling and exhaust equipment. (iv) Complete energy conservation calculations and report.

  • Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • SPRINKLER SYSTEM If there now is or shall be installed in the Building a "sprinkler system", and such system or any of its appliances shall be damaged or injured or not in proper working order by reason of any act or omission of Tenant, Tenant's agents, servants, employees, licensees or visitors, Tenant shall forthwith restore the same to good working condition at its own expense; and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Rating Organization or any bureau, department or official of the state or city government, shall require or recommend that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of Tenant's business, or the location of the partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the Premises, Tenant shall, at Tenant's expense, promptly make and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • HVAC Heating, ventilating and air conditioning.
