Mediator’s Fees. The fees of the mediator shall be shared equally by the Parties hereto. The mediator shall be disqualified as a witness, consultant, expert or counsel for any Party with respect to the matters in dispute and any related matters.
Mediator’s Fees. The mediator shall be paid for time spent in connection with this mediation as outlined in the Invoice which was sent with the confirmation letter and incorporated herein by reference. The parties and their counsel acknowledge that they are jointly and severally liable for all fees assessed in connection with the mediation process.

Mediator’s Fees. The Mediator's fee is for a one-day mediation involving two parties and shall be £3,000 per party per day. This fee includes preparation and any pre-meeting contact with the parties Any additional day for any two party mediation will be charged at £2,250 per party per day or part thereof. These fees are based on a standard mediation day commencing at 9.30am and ending at 6.00pm. If the mediation extends beyond 6.00pm on any one day the Mediator's fee will be £350 per hour for each hour or part of an hour thereafter for all time spent by the Mediator on the matter until the mediation is formally concluded and the Mediator's mandate is terminated, and will be split equally between the parties. The above fees are based on the assumption that the parties should restrict the papers provided to the Mediator such that they can be easily read and digested by the Mediator in one day of preparation (8 hours). If a particular case makes it necessary for the Mediator to read more than this, or to take more time, additional preparation time will be charged at the rates set out above. However, the Mediator will first endeavour to agree with the parties the level of any additional preparation charge which he considers necessary. All Mediator's fees shown above are exclusive of VAT, if applicable. The Mediator’s expenses will be charged at cost and split equally between the parties The cost of the venue (if applicable), including meals and any other expenses will be charged at cost and split equally between the parties The Mediator shall have liberty to issue an invoice for the standard fee and for any additional time agreed requiring payment before commencement of the mediation or at any time thereafter
Mediator’s Fees. The parties agree to abide by the mediator’s fee schedule, attached as Schedule “A” to this Agreement. They also agree to abide by the mediator’s cancellation policy, which is as follows: • Cancellation notice received less than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled commencement of the mediation: the fee for all preparation completed by the time notice of cancellation is received, plus $600.00, plus actual expenses and disbursements incurred by the mediator to that date, plus HST. • Cancellation notice more than 72 hours but less than one week before the scheduled commencement of the mediation: the fee for all preparation completed by the time the notice of cancellation is received, plus $300.00, plus actual expenses and disbursements incurred by the mediator to that date, plus HST. • Cancellation more than one week before the scheduled commencement of the mediation: There is no cancellation fee, but parties will be required to pay for all preparation completed by the time notice of cancellation is received, plus any actual expenses and disbursements incurred by the mediator to that date, plus HST.
Mediator’s Fees. MEDIATOR will conduct the mediation and will be compensated at the rate of $200.00 per hour for all services provided. Services provided by MEDIATOR include preparation for mediation, mediation, telephone conferences for parties, their attorneys or other persons essential to the mediation process and drafting of any settlement agreement or memorandum that summarizes the agreements of the parties. Payment for mediation sessions will be made at the conclusion of each mediation session. Any other services will be billed within 30 days of the date the work is performed and payment is due for these services at the next mediation session or within 30 days, which occurs first. Each party is equally responsible for the mediator’s fees and it is up to the parties to determine who (as between the two parties) will pay what part of the mediator’s fee. Should MEDIATOR be required to incur costs or fees in an attempt to collect the amounts due to MEDIATOR under this agreement, the parties agree that they will be responsible for court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, including payment of MEDIATOR’s normal hourly rate (as set forth above) if it represents itself, incurred in attempting to collect the amounts due under this agreement.

Mediator’s Fees. 3.1 That the mediator’s fees shall be R................ per hour for times pent with the participants and for time required studying documents, researching issues, corresponding, drafting and finalising agreements, or an all-inclusive daily rate of R 00 shall apply. 3.2 That the participants shall each be liable to pay 50% of the mediator’s fee, as per his invoices that shall be payable on presentation. 3.3 That any participant who cancels, without giving the mediator at least 24 hours’ notice of cancelation before the agreed date for the mediation, shall be liable to pay for three hours of his fee at the above rate of R......................00 per hour, and if both participants cancel without at least 24 hours’ notice, they shall be jointly and individually liable for the mediator’s fees for three hours at the above stated rate. 3.4 If a daily rate has been negotiated, any participant who cancels, without giving the mediator at least 24 hour notice of cancellation before the agreed date for the mediation, shall be liable to pay 50% of the daily rate, and if both participants cancel without at least 24 hours’ notice, they shall be jointly and individually liable to pay 50% of the mediator’s fees.
