Common use of Medical Plan Clause in Contracts

Medical Plan. The Town shall make available to all eligible, regular, full-time Employees and their eligible dependents group medical coverage (the “Medical Plan”) at a level that is substantially equivalent to the level of covered services in effect as of the effective date of this Agreement, in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Medical Plan documents and in this Article.

Medical Plan. The Town shall make available to all eligible, regular, full-time Employees and their eligible dependents Eligible Dependents group medical coverage in a High Deductible Health Plan (the “Medical Plan”) at a level that is substantially equivalent to the level of covered services in effect as of the effective date of this Agreement, in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Medical Plan documents and in this Article.

Effective July 1, 2012 employees will be offered the opportunity to enroll in a High Deductible Health Care Plan/Health Saving Plan (Exhibit 2).
