3.15.1. Written Materials Guidelines The CONTRACTOR shall:

Create written materials for potential members and members in a style and reading level that will utilize easily understood language and format to accommodate the reading skills of Medicaid Managed Care Members. In general the writing should be at no higher than a 6th grade level, as determined by any one of the indices below, taking into consideration the need to incorporate and explain certain technical or unfamiliar terms to assure accuracy:

Member Communication. 2.3.1 Inter-school mail facilities may be used for distribution of Association communications so long as communications contain the name of the authorizing Association official, are not for political purposes, and are not defaming to any individual or group.
2.3.2 The Association may post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on designated teacher bulletin boards, one of which shall be provided in each faculty room; provided, that such notices are labeled as Association materials and contain the name of the authorizing Association official.
Member Communication. Sun Life is responsible for providing notice to the Plan Members of the addition, removal or change of an investment option, any mapping of assets from the discontinued investment option to the new investment option and of any significant changes to the investment option (as determined by Sun Life). This responsibility is conditional upon Sun Life being provided by You or the Plan Members with accurate up-to-date contact information, including as required, a physical mailing address, for each Plan Member.
Member Communication. In the event of a change described in section 1.6.6.1, Provider shall, upon approval and in cooperation with Company, as follows: • Provide members with written notice that a provider has been terminated from the network. • Provide the notice within fifteen (15) days after Provider receives or provides a termination notice to the provider. • Provide the notice to each member who is or was receiving services on a regular basis from the terminated provider. • Provide affected members thirty (30) days advance written notice of any change in the provider network.

Member Communication. 44 The Association may post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on a bulletin 45 board in each school building. Such notices shall contain the name of the authorizing 46 Association and/or official. The Association may have the right to use mail systems and/or the 47 mailboxes and e-mail in the school building for the distribution of bulletins, leaflets, and 48 pamphlets if such usage does not interfere with school District usage. However, intra-district 1 communication systems may not be utilized to support/oppose any candidate for elected office 2 or support/oppose any ballot initiative.
Member Communication. ● NWLS distributes regular updates via email. ● Network library staff can opt in to specialized email listservs (directors, marketing, cataloging, etc.). Member Communication. The Broker shall be responsible for informing and educating Members, counties, health care providers (including dialysis centers), provider associations, community based organizations (including, but not limited to, Area Agencies on Aging) and consumer representatives about the NEMT management services. The Broker's plan should include information on outreach, education, and marketing. FSSA must approve all NEMT written materials prior to their distribution. The Broker must notify all Members of their right to request and obtain information in accordance with 42 CFR 438.10 and any other applicable State or federal law, rule or guidance. Written notice must be given to each member of any significant change in this information at least thirty (30) calendar days before the intended effective date of the change. Significant change is defined as any change that may impact member accessibility to the Broker's services and benefits. The Broker must have in place policies and procedures to ensure that materials are accurate in content, accurate in translation relevant to language or alternate formats and do not defraud, mislead or confuse the member. The Broker must provide information requested by the State, or the State's designee, for use in member education and enrollment, upon request.
Member Communication. Materials designed to provide an PIHP’s members with clear and concise information about the PIHP’s program, the PIHP’s network, and the WI FCMH program.
