Member Information Rights. Subject to Section 21 (concerning the Members’ duty of confidentiality) and to any applicable federal or state laws and regulations, including laws and regulations concerning the privacy of employee medical information, each Member shall be entitled to have reasonable access to and to copy and use information about the LLC and information in the possession and control of the LLC to the extent permitted by the LLC Act. In providing copies of information to a Member, the LLC may require the Member to pay reasonable copying costs.
Member Information Rights. (a) As soon as practicable following the completion of each taxable year, the Company intends to prepare and mail, or cause its accountants to prepare and mail, to each Member a report setting forth in sufficient detail such information as shall enable such Member to prepare his, her or its respective Federal income tax returns in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations then prevailing.
Member Information Rights. Members and former members shall have the rights with respect to LLC records and information as provided in the Act.
