Members Interests. The "Membership Interest" of each Member is set forth on Exhibit A.
Members Interests. 9.1 Each Member (including, where relevant, its Authorised Representative(s)) acknowledges that they may have interests arising from the work and decision-making of the Community Partnership and from the siting process.

Ownership of a Unit shall not entitle a Member to any title in or to the whole or any part of the property of the Company or right to call for a partition or division of the same or for an accounting.
Members Interests. Section 4.01 Members’ Interests in the LLC The Members’ interests in the LLC are represented by Interests.

(a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Managing Member may from time to time create such classes of Units in the Company, to be designated as the Managing Member shall determine. The holders of record of such Units shall have such rights and obligations associated with such Units as are provided herein and in the resolution, if any, of the Managing Member creating such Units.
