Additional family members can be added to memberships for the fee, as long as the total adults in the family membership does not exceed two (2). All members must live in the same household. Annual Membership. Each Player shall pay an initial membership fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350), which is non-refundable and One Hundred ($100) per monthly dues. Which covers tournament or league cost.
Annual Membership. Each Player shall pay a membership fee of Six Hundred Dollars ($600), which is non-refundable. Fees are due immediately upon making the NRV Elite roster. Checks made payable to: NRV Elite Basketball Club. Payment arrangements can be made in 2 payments if necessary upon approval by Director.
Annual Membership. The University shall pay the annual membership fee for firearm qualification, such as is currently done at the Target Master Range, for those employees required to carry firearms as part of his or her duties, and will provide those employees with ammunition for qualification. The firing range provider shall be designated by the University in its discretion. A Police Officer’s failure to qualify on the requisite firearm shall be grounds for immediate termination.
Annual Membership. Upon the purchase or acceptance of an Annual Membership, you are granted a revocable license which may be revoked or withdrawn at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of any of the terms and conditions contained herein or violation of any Providence Park Policies, at our sole discretion. The rights and privileges associated with an Annual Membership account belong only to the account holder of record, as entered in our Annual Membership account records. Our acceptance of payment for an Annual Membership from any individual or entity who is not the account holder of record for the Annual Membership does not grant any rights or privileges to that individual or entity. Any disputes regarding the identity of the holder of the account will be determined by us in our sole discretion. You agree to pay to us all applicable Annual Membership fees. All payments or deposits made in connection with an Annual Membership are non-refundable. Purchase or renewal of an Annual Membership does not guarantee rights to future purchase opportunities, nor does it include any rights with regard to any specific seat location.
Annual Membership. Artists may join ArtsConnect RISE on an annual basis, at a discounted rate of $480. Artist agrees to pay the annual fee in full at the commencement of Artist’s membership, which fee shall be charged to the Artist’s credit card on file. The annual membership will expire one year after its commencement date, and Artist must renew the membership (at the then-current rate) by using the ArtsConnect website or sending an email to the person designated for notice in this Agreement authorizing ArtsConnect to renew Artist’s membership for another year and authorizing ArtsConnect to charge the membership fee to the credit card on file. Artist may terminate Artist’s annual membership before its expiration pursuant to Article I, Section 4 of this Agreement. ArtsConnect reserves the right to increase the membership fees on January 1st of each year and will provide written notice of any change in membership fees prior to that time.

Annual Membership. This Contract has a term of one (1) year beginning on the Start Date (or, if none specified, then the date of this Contract). Payment of the Total Due Today shall be made through “automatic” withdrawal from the account Member has indicated herein or by cash or by check (if preapproved) delivered to the Company. Member may renew his or her membership by signing a new contract for the then-current membership rate.
