Service Categories. The following describes the service categories and expected outputs that are within the scope of work of the Master Agreement. These services are actions that may be utilized throughout the acquisition lifecycle and may be required at any phase.

Clerical/Administration: Complex work tasks performed under direction in support of one or more persons serving in an administrative or professional capacity; completion of routine administrative tasks directly related to the work of supervisor(s). Companionship Programs: Programs that help elders to help other elders with their daily lives. Tasks may include grocery shopping, household chores, going out to lunch, or simply visiting the elders to keep them company. Congregate Meals: Meal service in a group setting to individuals who cannot prepare or obtain nutritionally adequate meals themselves. Meals assist individuals to maintain a nutritious diet. Consumer Education/Counseling: Enhances the capacity of mature consumers to navigate the increasingly complex marketplace. Consumer education programs provide significant benefits, including identification of market information, compliant and consumer redress procedures, and understanding of a technology-based consumer environment. Service Categories. Xxxxx XXXX, in partnership with the Michigan Association of Counties (MAC) CoPro+ Program, has awarded multiple Master Agreements to General Contractor and Individual Skilled Trades Services. Must be a United States Citizen, be bonded through the contract vendor, possess a valid driver's license for sites that require roaming to operate vehicles and be physically able to conduct their assigned duties. Must speak, read, and write English fluently, possess the ability to communicate effectively, must be able to write clear, accurate detailed reports, maintain tour (shift) logs as required, have the ability to read, understand direction, and apply policies, rules, and detailed orders. Services Include: Provide personnel screening, visitor processing, package screening and controlling/patrolling area(s) while maintaining one’s poise and self-control under stress and be able to intercede when needed in disorderly behavior, accidents and be capable of self-defense to xxxx off a potential attacker or to protect others.
