Enrichment. A Party shall obtain the written consent of the other Party prior to the enrichment of any nuclear material subject to this Agreement to 20 % or more in the isotope Uranium-235. Such consent, if granted, must describe the conditions under which the resultant uranium enriched to 20 % or more may be used. Further provisions necessary to facilitate the implementation of this provision may be set out in the administrative arrangements established pursuant to Article 15.

Enrichment. Message Content may be enriched by Network for the purpose of standardizing and simplifying the ability of other TDSOs that receive the data to use it. This may include appending additional information (e.g. a risk score) to enhance and streamline automated processing by receivers of enriched Message Content.
Enrichment. These are courses not considered a condition of employment but those which may contribute to improved efficiency and/or work quality. If an employee requests or is requested to take an enrichment course, subject to approval by the City Manager, the employee will receive reimbursement for tuition and books under the following conditions: NOTE: This benefit subject to budgetary approval by the Commission. 1. Upon satisfactorily completing the course; and 2. If the employee remains in the City's employment for twelve (12) months beyond the completion of the course. Enrichment. One-third of the CHAMPS program time is dedicated to enrichment activities where students have the opportunity to choose activities and programs that fit their interests. These enrichment programs afford an opportunity for Parkland students to access programs and services that would not otherwise be accessible. Enrichment activities include: Math, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA), Puget Sound Educational Services District Prevention Programs, Air Force JROTC, Empowerment, Geology, Mathletes, Unified Robotics (general education and special education students/inclusion for students with low-incidence disabilities), Web Design, and Newsletter Workshop.
Enrichment. 1. The Parties may consult in the High Level Bilateral Commission with a view to identifying appropriate options for enrichment of uranium subject to the Agreement. 2. These consultations shall take into account any relevant considerations raised by either Party, in particular the technical feasibility, economic viability, effective safeguardability, and adequate physical protection of the options identified and whether or not the deployment of any equipment, components, or technology necessary to carry out such options will result in a significant increase of the risk of proliferation. 3. If the Parties, having taken the considerations described in paragraph 2 of this Section into account, jointly identify a mutually acceptable option for enrichment of uranium, the Parties may establish written arrangements applicable to that option, taking into account the Nuclear Suppliers Group Guidelines. 4. If any arrangements are agreed upon in writing pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 11, the Parties may enrich any uranium transferred pursuant to the Agreement up to less than twenty percent in the uranium isotope 235, subject to paragraph 5 of this Section. 5. Upon the written agreement of the Parties on any arrangements underpinning the enrichment of uranium as identified in paragraph 4 of this Section, the activities referred to in paragraph 4 of this Section may only be conducted at facilities added to Annex III to this Agreed Minute upon written agreement of the Parties, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Parties and the following: (a) Prior to any proposal to add to Annex III to this Agreed Minute a facility with respect to which the applicable safeguards agreement referenced in Article 14 of the Agreement would require safeguards, the Parties shall consult together with the IAEA in order to develop a safeguards approach and the incorporated key elements of a safeguards arrangement mutually acceptable to the Parties and to the IAEA, to be brought into force with respect to that facility. The Parties shall begin consultations with each other and the IAEA within six months of the request of the Party seeking such addition, and with a view to concluding the written agreement referred to in this paragraph providing for the addition of such facility to Annex III to this Agreed Minute within twelve months from the beginning of the consultations.
