METAL DETECTOR USAGE. Random Screenings – Random metal detector screenings are an effective and necessary means of detecting and deterring the possession of weapons, and preventing its consequences, principally, student violence, from occurring on school premises. Random Screenings are screenings are that are not conducted on a regularly scheduled basis and are not necessitated by particularized safety concerns or special events. The Superintendent or his/her designee, the building administrator or school security may authorize metal detector screenings on randomly chosen days during a specified period of the day using school personnel and, if available, the school police officer assigned to the school and/or roving units to operate the metal detectors available to their school (any combination of walk-through units and/or handheld wands), or using a task force comprised of school personnel or safety and security personnel. As needed screenings- The Superintendent or his/her designee, the security supervisor or the building administrator may authorize metal detector screenings on days chosen to address particular safety concerns such as recent violence in the neighborhood or on days on which special events such as athletic competitions or dignitary visits are held, using school personnel and, if available, a school police officer assigned to the school, to operate the metal detectors available to their school (any combination of walk-through units and/or handheld wands), or using a task force comprised or school personnel and/or safety and security personnel. Daily screenings- the Superintendent or his/her designee, the school resource officer or the building administrator may authorize daily metal detector screening using school personnel and, if available, a school police officer assigned to the school, to operate the metal detectors available to their school (any combination or walk-through units and /or handheld wands) when the Superintendent or designee, the building principal or security supervisor determines that the school requires such daily screenings.

  • Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. Owner will replace smoke detector equipment as needed.

  • Smoke Detector Tenant acknowledges that Premises is equipped with a smoke detector(s) that is in good working order and repair. Tenant agrees to be solely responsible to check the smoke detector every thirty (30) days and notify Landlord immediately if the smoke detector is not functioning properly.

  • Cost of Living Adjustment For each year following the Initial Term, unless the parties shall otherwise agree and provided that the service mix and volumes remain consistent as previously provided in the Initial Term, the total fee for all services shall equal the fee that would be charged for the same services based on a fee rate (as reflected in a fee rate schedule) increased by the percentage increase for the twelve-month period of such previous calendar year of the CPI-W (defined below) or, in the event that publication of such index is terminated, any successor or substitute index, appropriately adjusted, acceptable to both parties.   • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.) SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2556

  • Cost of Living Adjustments Effective December 1, 2021, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by two and five tenths percent (2.5%) but not less than eighty-five dollars ($85) per month (prorated for part-time employees). Effective December 1, 2022, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by three and one tenth percent (3.1%) but not less than one hundred dollars ($100) per month (prorated for part-time employees).   • MUSIC USAGE RETURN 15.1 The Licensee must, for the duration of the Agreement and on a quarterly basis, submit to SAMRO the following information regarding each and every Work of Music Performed at the Premises: the name of the Work of Music; the name(s) of each composer; the name(s) of the arranger; the name(s) of the performer; the name(s) of the publisher; and the number of times each Work of Music was Performed.
