Dignitary Visits. The Concessionaire shall be responsible to undertake all arrangements including provision of ambulance and provide immediate specialist services, in the event any dignitary visits the district and as directed by the District Magistrate or any other Government Instrumentality. The Chief Medical Officer shall be responsible to oversee the obligations of the Concessionaire as provided in this Clause 24.4. The decision of the Chief Medical Officer in regard to the requirements and procedures to be followed shall be final and binding on the Concessionaire.

Dignitary Visits. The College will strive to inform the Association in advance of public visits by dignitaries or elected officials. The College will make a good faith effort to provide notice at least two (2) days in advance of the visit. A representative of the Association will be invited when practical. This section shall not be subject to Article VI.
Dignitary Visits. Should the Employer determine in its sole discretion that schedule changes are necessary to provide staffing required to adequately accommodate a visit to St. Xxxx by an individual for whom a State or Federal government agency has requested special security precautions, the following schedule change provisions shall apply:
