Dignitary Visits. The Concessionaire shall be responsible to undertake all arrangements including provision of ambulance and provide immediate specialist services, in the event any dignitary visits the district and as directed by the District Magistrate or any other Government Instrumentality. The Chief Medical Officer shall be responsible to oversee the obligations of the Concessionaire as provided in this Clause 24.4. The decision of the Chief Medical Officer in regard to the requirements and procedures to be followed shall be final and binding on the Concessionaire.

Dignitary Visits. The College will strive to inform the Association in advance of public visits by dignitaries or elected officials. The College will make a good faith effort to provide notice at least two (2) days in advance of the visit. A representative of the Association will be invited when practical. This section shall not be subject to Article VI.
Dignitary Visits. Should the Employer determine in its sole discretion that schedule changes are necessary to provide staffing required to adequately accommodate a visit to St. Xxxx by an individual for whom a State or Federal government agency has requested special security precautions, the following schedule change provisions shall apply: 32.1 (1) When an employee is required to change their normally scheduled day off with less than 96 hours’ notice, the employee shall be entitled to compensation based on the following schedule: 96 hours 2 hours compensatory time 72 hours 3 hours compensatory time 48 hours 4 hours compensatory time 24 hours 5 hours compensatory time If the employee receives less than 24 hours advance notice, all hours worked that depart from the employee’s regular work schedule shall be compensated at time and one-half the employee’s regular hourly rate. 32.1 (2) When an employee is ordered to work on a scheduled off day, s/he shall also be given an alternate day off to be determined by his/her supervisor. The alternate day off shall be scheduled sometime within the employee’s 28-day FLSA work period, or the following 28-day FLSA work period if the change in work schedule will not trigger FLSA overtime.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Sanitary Facilities Construction (a) Closets shall be soundly constructed and roofed with weatherproof material. The floor of each closet shall be well drained and constructed of concrete, bricks and cement, or of other approved materials which shall be impervious to water. Every closet shall be well lighted by natural or artificial light and shall be ventilated. Each closet shall have a hinged door, capable of being fastened on the inside, lift seats/flaps and toilet paper. (b) If closets are of single unit construction (only to be used for the formwork process), not contained within a purpose built ablution block, privacy walls which shield the closet/s from outside view shall be installed. (Privacy walls are not required for purpose built ablution blocks eg ATCO huts). (c) Where practicable, toilets to be connected to sewerage before commencement of the job. (d) Closet/urinal location to be conveniently accessible to Employees, but not so close as to cause a nuisance to those persons. (e) Where necessary, portable water seal toilets of an approved standard are to be provided and regularly serviced. (f) Conveniently accessible closets and urinals are to be distributed every 5th floor on multi storey constructions. (g) Closets and urinals are to be washed daily with disinfectant and kept in clean, hygienic condition. (h) Adequate washing facilities, suitably drained, and wash basins/troughs are to be supplied with hot and cold running water. (i) Soap and towels are to be supplied.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith.   • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Landlord shall furnish to the Premises heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (“HVAC”) in accordance with the Design Standards set forth in Exhibit D during Ordinary Business Hours. Landlord shall have access to all air-cooling, fan, ventilating and machine rooms and electrical closets and all other mechanical installations of Landlord (collectively, “Mechanical Installations”), and Tenant shall not construct partitions or other obstructions which may interfere with Landlord’s access thereto or the moving of Landlord’s equipment to and from the Mechanical Installations. No Tenant Party shall at any time enter the Mechanical Installations or tamper with, adjust, or otherwise affect such Mechanical Installations. Landlord shall not be responsible if the HVAC System fails to provide cooled or heated air, as the case may be, to the Premises in accordance with the Design Standards by reason of (i) any equipment installed by, for or on behalf of Tenant, which has an electrical load in excess of the average electrical load and human occupancy factors for the HVAC System as designed, or (ii) any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by, for or on behalf of Tenant. Tenant shall install, if missing, blinds or shades on all windows, which blinds and shades shall be subject to Landlord’s approval, and shall keep operable windows in the Premises closed, and lower the blinds when necessary because of the sun’s position, whenever the HVAC System is in operation or as and when required by any Requirement. Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord and shall abide by the rules and regulations which Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the HVAC System. Tenant acknowledges that the server room in the Premises currently has three heat pumps installed, being two 4-ton units, and one 2.5-ton unit (the “Existing Heat Pumps”). The 2.5-ton unit is currently connected and operational. Tenant shall determine whether it is satisfied with the condition of the Existing Heat Pumps and Landlord shall not have any responsibility or liability for the condition, operation, maintenance, repair or replacement of the Existing Heat Pumps. Tenant may operate the Existing Heat Pumps. Tenant shall be responsible for, and pay directly for, all necessary maintenance and repairs to the Existing Heat Pumps. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord monthly for the cost of all utility services used to operate the Existing Heat Pumps within 10 Business Days after receipt of Landlord’s invoice for such amount. Landlord may measure Tenant’s usage of such utility services by either a sub-meter or by other reasonable methods such as by temporary check meters or by survey. Tenant, at its cost, may replace the Existing Heat Pumps with one or more new heat pumps, provided, however, that the capacity of such replacement heat pump(s) shall not exceed the 10.5-ton capacity cooling capacity of the Existing Heat Pumps.
