Method of Treatment. Medical Waste treatment shall be by incineration, steam sterilization, microwave disinfection technology or other approved alternative treatment technology for its disposal per HSC, MWMA, Chapter 8, Treatment, Section 118215, et seq, and/or requirements of CDPH. The Contractor shall utilize Medical Waste treatment facilities on file with CDPH Medical Waste Management Program.

The Contractor shall provide the labels of all chemicals and the SDS (material safety data sheets) of all chemicals that will be used in the performance of this contract to the Service Coordinator. It will be the Contractor’s responsibility to update label and safety data sheet at least once per year and to schedule workers accordingly. D. All herbicides shall be used in accordance with the EPA label. The use of surfactants, adjuncts will be used when recommended by the herbicide label; the use of a drift control polymer is to be utilized when conditions warrant or directed by the Service Coordinator or designee. E. The Contractor is liable for any penalty, fine or damages resulting from misuse of herbicides. F. The permitting and subsequent release of biological control methods will be at the sole discretion and responsibility of Orange County. G. The Contractor shall complete application records for each location. The records must indicate the pond number, target vegetation, applicator(s) name, license number, weather conditions at time of application, products, and quantities used at each location.
Method of Treatment. If Management decides to have the dwelling treated and not terminate the tenancy, Management along with Pest Control shall have the sole right to select the method of treating the dwelling or any affected areas.   • Method of Billing Consultant may submit invoices to the City for approval on a progress basis, but no more often than two times a month. Said invoice shall be based on the total of all Consultant’s services which have been completed to City’s sole satisfaction. City shall pay Consultant’s invoice within forty-five (45) days from the date City receives said invoice. Each invoice shall describe in detail, the services performed, the date of performance, and the associated time for completion. If the amount of the waived or reduced investment advisory fee for any such month is insufficient to pay the Excess Amount, the Adviser shall also remit to the Fund an amount that, together with the waived or reduced investment advisory fee, is sufficient to pay such Excess Amount.

All such credits and disbursements with respect to a Book-Entry Certificate are to be made by the Depository and the Depository Participants in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Certificates. Neither the Trustee nor the Master Servicer shall have any responsibility therefor except as otherwise provided by applicable law. (c) The Trustee shall withhold or cause to be withheld such amounts as it reasonably determines are required by the Code (giving full effect to any exemptions from withholding and related certifications required to be furnished by Certificateholders or Certificate Owners and any reductions to withholding by virtue of any bilateral tax treaties and any applicable certification required to be furnished by Certificateholders or Certificate Owners with respect thereto) from distributions to be made to Non-U.S.
