Common use of Military Reserve Leave Clause in Contracts

Military Reserve Leave. Any person employed on a full time basis by the Town of Pembroke shall be entitled during the time of his service in the armed forces of the Commonwealth or during his annual tour of duty as a member of a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States not exceeding seventeen days to receive the difference between his pay as an employee or official of the Town of Pembroke and the amount received as a result of military tour of duty if his pay from the Town of Pembroke is the greater sum. Time off for military leave will be granted without loss of vacation leave.
