Minimum Breaks Between Spells of Duty. 7.5.1 A break of at least nine consecutive hours will be provided immediately after the finish of the last call out pertaining to the call back duty.
Minimum Breaks Between Spells of Duty. (a) A break of at least nine continuous hours will be provided wherever possible between any two periods of duty of a full shift or more. (b) Periods of a full shift or more include: i Periods of normal rostered work; or ii Periods of overtime that are continuous with a period of normal rostered work; or iii Full shifts of overtime/call-back duty. (c) This requirement to provide a break wherever possible applies whether or not any additional payment will apply. (d) If a break of at least nine continuous hours cannot be provided between periods of qualifying duty, the duty is to be regarded as continuous until a break of at least nine continuous hours is taken and it shall be paid at overtime rates, with proper regard to the time at which it occurs and the amount of overtime which precedes it. (e) If such a break has been provided before the call-back, it does not need to be provided afterwards except for those employees who are called back between 2200 hours and 0600, for whom the break must be provided after the call back unless mutually agreed. (f) Time spent off duty during ordinary hours solely to obtain a nine hour break shall be paid at ordinary time rates. Any absence after the ninth continuous hour of such a break, if it occurs in ordinary time, shall be treated as a normal absence from duty.

A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.

  • Non-Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2017, the Employer shall contribute the Training Rate or forty cents ($0.40), whichever is higher, to the Partnership for each Non-Medicaid-Funded Hour worked. Non- Medicaid-Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by a payor other than Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off, and training hours. Non-billable hours shall also be excluded for contribution purposes. Contributions under this provision shall be paid periodically as required by the Trust.

  • Non-Paid Status During Treatment After Positive Test The employee will be in a non-pay status during any absence for evaluation or treatment, while participating in a rehabilitation program.

  • Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Retirement Rate or eighty cents ($0.80), whichever is higher, to the Retirement Trust for each Medicaid-Funded Hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with seven-hundred and one (701) or more cumulative career hours and fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Medicaid-Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off hours, and training hours.

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section 12, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on ICG's network, and is transported through a Verizon Tandem to the Central Office of a CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC, that subtends the relevant Verizon Tandem to which ICG delivers such traffic. Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending Central Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.
