Minimum Call-In Time. 5.9.1 Any bargaining unit employee called in to work on a day not scheduled to work shall receive not less than one (1) hour of pay at the appropriate rate, irrespective of the actual time less than that required to be worked.

Minimum Call-In Time. 5.9.1 Any employee in the bargaining unit employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive not less than one a minimum of two (12) hour of hour's pay at the appropriate rate, irrespective rate of the actual time less than that required pay under this Agreement and such pay shall continue to be workedpaid in one-half (1/2) hour increments for any employee called in who works on the day called beyond two (2) hour.
